I recieved an auto ship of variety pack. Everything seemed normal but one turkey box was completely molded. I sent pictures to customer service including upc stamp. It took a 3 to 4 days for response and they asked me how long it was opened. I responded i just opened it it was a new batch. A week went by with no response and my dog became sick with pucking and but ****. I sent another email and said my dog is sick and nothing! Its been a 3 week prosses to get help. But they sure sent out another batch of food. My dog did not recover for the sickness and now i have a box of new food. Still nothing from customer service. FIND A NEW FOOD VENDER!

I have purchased HH for almost 2 years for 2 dogs. They have never refused a meal. Once the food is offered it disappears quickly. I think that’s due to the variety package. But most importantly are the great yearly vet visits. Shiny coats,proper weight and happy dogs!

When I adopted my best friend, Rocky, I quickly discovered that he was plagued with serious stomach, allergy, and digestive problems. After (countless) vet visits, OTC dog foods, specialty diets, and prescription foods all proved to be of no help, I ditched it all and decided to start cooking. Two years and 36 recipe iterations later, Happy Howl was born.
