Dear Valued Happy Howler,

I’m writing to you today to update you on the availability of our popular Tasty Turkey Feast recipe. As we have witnessed tremendous growth & support of our company by adding thousands of Happy Howlers over the past few months, we have worked to increase our production capacity to keep up with our growth. We have always promised our customers that we will never compromise on the quality of the food we provide to the dog that you love - and we will never break this promise. But in order for us to keep this promise, while simultaneously increasing our production capacity, we are experiencing a short-term inventory shortage and are expecting to briefly run out of our Tasty Turkey Feast recipe on March 5th, 2024. We anticipate having it back in stock and ready to ship by March 22nd, 2024. 

We understand this may affect your upcoming orders, especially for those who regularly choose Tasty Turkey Feast or our variety packs featuring all three recipes. So we are offering a short-term solution to ensure your furry friend's happy tummy during this two week span:

• Customers with Variety Pack Orders: 

We will be fulfilling variety pack orders placed after March 5th with cases containing only Lamb Delight and Grandma's Beef Stew through March 22nd. We will automatically apply a $10 credit to your account to compensate for the inconvenience of the missing Tasty Turkey Feast recipe. You don't need to take any action. Normal variety packs, including Tasty Turkey Feast, will resume the last week of March.

 

• Customers with Turkey-Only Orders: 

We understand some of you rely solely on Tasty Turkey Feast. If your order is scheduled to ship between 3/1 and 3/21, you have three potential options:

 

1. Do Nothing: If your Turkey-Only subscription order goes through between 3/1-3/21, one of our customer service representatives will contact you personally to ask if you would like to make a switch for the Month of March. If not, your order will be placed on a temporary hold and ship immediately once our Tasty Turkey Feast recipe becomes available.

 

2. Temporarily Switch to Lamb Delight or Grandma’s Beef Stew: We encourage you to consider trying either Lamb Delight or Grandma's Beef Stew, or a combination of both, for the month of March. I am a firm believer that our Lamb Delight recipe is the best dog food formula on the planet. This might be the perfect opportunity for your dog to witness the incredible benefits of Lamb as a primary protein source for canines. 

 

3. Reschedule Your Next Subscription Order for 3/22 or Later

With the standards we set for ourselves as a business, this is something we are not thrilled about having to send out to our customers, but I hope you can understand that we are working tirelessly to make this up to our Happy Howl family.
